For mapping LCWIP type local plans we will have to decide what to do about existing infrastructure. Do we capture it? If so how do we want to distinguish between: existing, new, and existing but due-for-upgrade?
These decisions need to be made in conjunction with people who are well versed in LCWIP type plans. But we also want to consider future proofing the data: this could be useful work for capturing the existing network, and if we can keep it up to date as the pipeline plans for the networks are actually implemented that would be super valuable
