Authorize tool pop-up shows "Authenticated" status when authentication flow is not completed successfully.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Create an agent with any tool that requires authentication.
2. Use Authorization Status ->Authorize Tool option to authenticate with the tool.
3. Use Authenticate option in Authorize tool pop-up window to start the authentication flow. Do not complete the authentication workflow and close the browser launched for the oauth workflow.

User is presented with the Authorize tool pop-up that shows "Authenticated" status

Expected Behavior:
"Authenticated" status should not be shown in this case.
