Content diff is not formatted as resource diff #10

Resource diff leaves out diff headers, content diff doesn't.

Maybe it would be good to have a similar behavior. This seems to happen in https://github.com/acidprime/puppet-catalog-diff/blob/master/lib/puppet/catalog-diff/comparer.rb#L70
