Menu items should probably have larger state marks and not repeat the Unison logo each time. Perhaps make them non-symbolic.
The icons in icons/status are fine for the status icon. The per-profile icons in the menu should echo the little state flag next to it in certain conditions, e.g. paused. Not sure what to do for the idle or changed states: perhaps just leave the image blank?
