The following areas of the unit tests have been commented out:
https://github.com/jarrroo/FuturePromise/blob/9d306772771c8ced50b3db59a87f4ef31d9cb33d/FuturePromiseTests/FuturePromiseTests.swift#L210-L460

Work is needed to adapt these tests so they are representative for the DispatchQueue-based implementation.
