It could be useful to add a built in function which returns the length (a Double) (an Integer) of a String value.

This require extensions of base operators (and corresponding typing) in Qcert. See PR querycert/qcert#110

Extension in Q*cert is published in version 1.3.0. Support for length is ready in the markdown branch https://github.com/accordproject/ergo/tree/js-experiment-markdown
