Title as virtual text for links not working for new zettel

When I open a fresh neovim (with coc setup) I see the titles of links as virtual text when I open my zettel. For new zettels created, inserted link don't show the title as virtual text.

My bad, it stop not working after creating a new zettel, it just works for already existing links. Adding new links to a zettel don't bring up the virtual text label.

@hoschi Currently it doesn't detect any file changes in the workspace. Definitely should be fixed.

Probably at least a manual command is enough at first? At the moment I need to update the cache of https://github.com/ihsanturk/neuron.vim manually anyways.
