lpx-mn-user-profile doesn't render

Description

When using the out of the box theme the lpx-mn-user-profile component is always empty whether logged in or not.

Reproduction Steps

abp new Acme.BookStore -u angular -m none --theme leptonx-lite -csf

Expected behavior

Login link or my account link should be displayed when clicking the mobile avatar.

Actual behavior

Regression?

Just run the base install like I provided and you will see this happen.

I can override it but the new source code for that component isn't published.

Anything, seems like this would be an easy fix?
