Needs fixing:

  • Typo in package search field placeholder: Please entre a valid ... -> Please enter a valid ...
  • Home page is listing git repositories: this is not a useful page, and should be removed or demoted in the background
  • we need to explain something on the home page

On the package detail page:

  • "Text content for this note" box and form is confusing. We need to remove that for now
  • "Posts": These should be "Package Events"
  • we should provide some details on what we are looking at, some URLs, locations, possibly also description, or other metadata, either fetched live or retrieved from PulrDB
  • The "Posts" are not linking to anything, may be we could link PURLs and VCID to actual data
  • on a detail of comments for a "Post" the last update date is incorrect and never updated
  • The plus one, minus one "validation" is not obvious.
    • do the plusses add ti each other

On the signup page:

  • remove all the password recommendations

Elsewhere:

  • The followers page icons are broken
  • We need a link to help in the "More" Menu, and a bit more refinement.

Can be handled later:

  • Top level menu "Create Git Repo": this is only exposed to admin "superuser", but eventually should go entirely and be replaced by settings
  • we should the sans serif font for package details, use the same style as license detection tab for resource detail in SCIO
  • We need a notion of an event type on a package: a new vulnerability, updates on affected or fixing versions, new versions, etc.
