BREAKING CHANGE: `linking` has become `linking.paths`. `baseUrl` has become `linking.baseUrl`. Future versions of glossarify-md configuration files must reference a schema using a versioned path. This helps the upgrade assistant to find out how to upgrade to the latest configuration schema.
