MaTEx has been tested using up to TensorFlow 1.0-alpha. We are currently correctness of our implementation with TensorFlow 1.0.

TensorFlow (0.7 or greater)
cuDNN (optional, but recommended)
mpi4py (MPI and python extensions of MPI)
pnetcdf (Parallel NetCDF format for parallel reading of large files, such as ImageNet)
