Given that Fediverse is getting popular and could possibly be comparable to Twitter, may I suggest that we replace Twitter authentication method by Fediverse authentication method. Unfortunately Mastodon specifically require prior client registration, we should send an authentication code via DM to the user mimicking what we do for email. We can req the following line be placed in the id page:

I hope you consider it favorably. If this scheme were made available then I could with minimal addl dev, I could allow Fediverse users to register for an EnThinnai instance (which subscribes to Indieweb philosophy).
