Show remote auth server response when something terribly went wrong #124

I'm implementing my own indieauth server, and it responded with a 400 status code to a HTTP request from indieauth.com.

indieauth.com only showed "something terribly went wrong", but no more info.

It would be nice if indieauth.com would show the full HTTP response from the remote auth server in that case - this would help debugging.
