No Javascript included

Hello Aaron,

your latest commit (fixed the sticky box on the side, f09ad81) completely removed the hook
HookInline_keywordsSearchAdditionalheaderjs(). As far as I can see, no JavaScript is included without this hook. So the plugin bar is visible on the right side, but I cannot select any pictures. If I revert this commit, selecting works again. I guess you removed this hook by accident?
