I would like to be able to set categories for the notes. LesserPad does this very elegantly by creating corresponding subfolders in the files directory. (However, LesserPad lacks the nice search function of SNotepad...)

I thought about it. If you put hashtags in your notes, of course you can then search by hashtags and no features is needed! But it's also a good idea to have folders... I will think about it. Maybe a weekend or two. Thanks for the idea. Stay tuned.
