Here is a direct call to an S3 method

CAPA/assembly/scratch_pad.R

Line 120 in bb29a52

y$score <- as.integer.integer64(y$score)

This will stop working in the future when this symbol is un-exported. Prefer calling the generic directly: as.integer(), and letting S3 dispatch do its thing.
