Work done:

I've finished cleaning one of the csv files, achieving high memory optimization (6MB -> 263.4KB)
I've set up a Mongo Atlas DB connection
I've been able to insert all of the documents using insert_many to save database resources
I've configured an 2dsphere index and inserted all of the documents + geospatial data in MongoDB
I've started using Github Projects with cards to organize my sprints/work
