I need the latest dividend amount and calculate drip based on that finding. Usually ETFs dividend variations quarterly or monthly so there is no need for this.

However, for stocks that have very stable dividend payout amount over time, it is more helpful rather than getting the average dividend payout over the last year and using that for the calculation.

One the detection is implemented, then I can do immediate dividend
