返回的utc时间错误 #2

固件版本:0.1.1
返回的utc时间转换为北京时间后多了8个小时.
app端按照市区为+0:00的时间转换为时间后即为北京时间.

考虑更新后若控制端不更新,大量用户显示时间错误/旧数据也会显示错误,因此此问题暂时不打算修改.
请使用通信协议的将获取到的utc时间减去8小时后再转换为北京时间即为正确时间
