Different first day of the week

In my country (Israel) the day of the week is Sunday, not Monday, I would love if in the opening hours screen the week would start on Sunday, it would make less confusing for me to add them, as all businesses in my country open on Sunday. Sunday is shown as the first day on those businesses that have a sign with the opening hours. This is how it looks:
