"Send NF?" approval after creating address or sending ZEC.

After creating an address or sending ZEC to a sapling address (didn't test transparent) this "Send NF?" question pops up and user has to verify what it seems to be a nullifier which has no visible encoding in other wallets (neither in the adapted version of ZecWallet Lite)

This also happens after the intended actions are complete and the app remains frozen until the user confirms it (or denies it)
