Romeo & Juliet Quest (Incorrect compass directions)

Quest guide says head south east and its actually south west. Trivial issue I know but just thought I'd write it :)

So, it looks like the reason this is wrong is because of #1659

In the issue, the user reports that the step has the incorrect direction, which was not correct. The reason why it appeared to be incorrect, is the wording of this step used to be pretty awful. Bring the Apothecary cadava berries in south west Varrock.

pajlada noticed this in the previous fix PR #1724 to which he suggested the wording be changed to
Bring the cadava berries to the Apothecary in south east Varrock.

While the wording was much better, it made it so the change from west to east was even less correct.

I assume the best way to avoid this would be to add Get some cadava berries from the bush south east of Varrock step, and then update the currently existing step, back to west.

or we could just change it back to west, and rely on the much better wording to prevent this issue again, hopefully...
