Element support for Fabulous extensions

Hello and thank you for this library. I was wondering whether it would make sense to include support for Fabulous extensions, such as SkiaSharp, within this library, or a separate "simple elements extensions" library. Fabulous itself prefers having a separate NuGet per extensions (https://fsprojects.github.io/Fabulous/Fabulous.XamarinForms/views-extending.html#view-extensions), so I wanted to see what you think about it here. I would be willing to contribute.

Hi @kaeedo an extensions library in a separate project / nuget sounds like a great idea!

To be honest with you, I haven't been using this library and only updating to make it compatible with latest Fabulous releases so I am not sure how many new elements have been included. Could be a huge help if another user (ideally who actually uses Fabulous) to help me out on this one 😉
