Feature Request
Training staff and facility staff can create sessions on the behalf of students.

Purpose
Allow for impromptu sessions to be tracked.

Dev Notes

Requirements

  • Facility staff can create an appointment at any time for any student and any mentor.

  • Mentors can only create appointments for themselves, but any student.

  • Appointments booked in this way bypass mentor availability, but a warning will be displayed if you are booking outside of the mentor's availability.

  • Who booked an appointment and when should be logged with the appointment, to prevent abuse of this system.
