add a /web icon toggle in the operation (suggestio)

pleroma comes with a "mastodon frontend clone" that some might prefer over how default pleroma frontend looks
it would be neat to add an icon setting for it in the operations similar to how the api can have one

A far I understand it, it's something that as to be done inside upstream pleroma ?

oh no its available by default under domain/web
(so like its available by default even on ynh installs)
