bug in the sample config file if you are using the split domain/homeserver setup of synapse

synapse has this option to let you instlal the server on synapse.x.tld while still serving users as x.tld for matrix purposes

the generated config when running the bridge install will have

domain: synapse.x.tld
homeServer: synapse.x.tld

when in this particular case it should be

domain: x.tld
homeServer: synapse.x.tld

otherwise you get some header mismatch errors that render the bot to fail silently at every thing

i did the correction but did not try yet and tried your mitigation manualy . see PR #16
