Torrserver could have many users registered, all sharing same torrents, but with different seen/unseen.
To keep backward compatibility, we could keep the current behaviour if only one user (no user in fact) has been registered.
Each user could also have its own passwords, associated with a user name (user as default)
What do you think of this feature ? I can handle the implementation server-side.

I think it's not needed for TorrServer, as this is not a place to store and organize large torrent collections. Old torrents will have no peers probably. Multiple user accounts with different passwords already possible.
