Fixed a few issues building on MacOS. No Windows binaries attached.

Improvements:

• Add back support for YCOCG and COMPAT colorspaces for VS API v3 users.
• Show cursor position and on screen RGB values with color panel.
• Add a setting entry for snapshot compression level.
• Bug fixes.

Other changes:

• Won't include OpenGL related DLLs. Please report an issue if you find them necessary.

Improvement:

• Faster playback speed, thanks to DJATOM for suggestions and sekrit-twc for bringing enhanced libp2p components.

Other changes:

• Won't include MSVC runtime DLLs, because you already have them when getting VapourSynth.
