In cb6ec7e#diff-9f784a7a1fce57242bcc18a56c91b89b elastalert.test_rule.run_rule_test turned into elastalert.test_rule. MockElastAlerter.run_rule_test but the console script in setup.py was not updated.

So now it doesn't work 😢
