Token Max Length in UI Launcher

There is code the koboldcpp.py that hard caps token output, I manually edited the file to give me longer output as I primarly just use it as a model loader that I access via API in other tools, works great but since it's hard coded it's a pain to adjust. would be great if a future release made that a variable in the ui launcher and/or command line.
