Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When you're in a busy world people can spawn out mirrors and such especially through the create new menu being able to disable mirrors locally on a global scale would be really useful

Describe the solution you'd like

A setting to disable mirrors

Describe alternatives you've considered

None

Additional Context

This coincides with #1742 this setting would likely have to be disabled in order for you to edit mirror resolution settings

I think this request would be better handled via the hard permission system #1103. There would need to be some way of distinguishing between mirrors that are spawned into the world compared to mirrors that are part of the experience. Being able to disable them outright could break/disrupt experiences that made use of mirrors.

With your request in #1742 - you could probably just set an extremely low resolution, e.g. 2x2 if you wished to mitigate the cost of other users bringing mirrors into the session.

You can just have a sign in the world saying that you need to have mirrors enabled just like how we have signs to tell us we need to have our multimedia all the way up
