We should make separate issues for things we'd like to change about it, then close this issue. (or for simple things just take care of those before closing this issue)

I did another user interview, with Sei again since I know him and he likes to do this :)
These are all really useful ideas!

Scenario I gave him: looking to apply to the Android developer position

To actually apply

  1. Went to Student Roles first
    wants a toc for: http://yalestc.github.io/jobs/index.html
how to apply link is broken: http://yalestc.github.io/jobs/index.html
  2. Went to specific pages
Apply Now button at the bottom of details pages: http://yalestc.github.io/jobs/projectmanager.html
  3. Went to the apply now page
Wants application process to be at the top of the "apply" page (not perks)
perks (currently in apply.html) belongs in the roles page or somewhere else?

Overall feeling

nice design but something's missing
graphic? visual cues?

on main page:

  1. flowchart?
  2. Image of the three parts?

http://yalestc.github.io/projects.html
We could Add images here, of each project

setting up dev environment
separate page, visual instructions?

There already is a separate page, with visual instructions, for setting up the dev env. The general instructions are actually linked twice in the Rails setup section, and the Mac troubleshooting page is linked once along with a WikiHow guide for Windows users.
