Switch "express-state" internal module require() #1392

The express-state package has been updated to 1.3.0 which removes an internal module which is being require()'d here: https://github.com/yahoo/mojito/blob/3828d51207bdab763c4b3f7c48aed1aecd922051/lib/app/addons/ac/deploy.server.js#L19

This should be replaced with the serialize-javascript package.
