All parameters expecting comma separated strings (commonLib for eg) should be able to take in Array #234

Based on recommendation in #206 , users shall be able to specify the parameters like commonLib as

"commonLib" : ["lib1","lib2"] ( as well as "commonLib":"lib1, lib2" for backward compatibility)
