How to create colors page

What is the way in which you generated the colors page on your example code? There is no example that I can find with how this was written in the Markdown header:

EDIT - I ended up just putting HTML in there. I was not sure if there is a rendering engine to generate this HTML for me automatically, like the tables, for example.
