also just discovered that the os module has locale in BCP-47 which will be quite useful in the future (https://tauri.app/v1/api/js/os#locale)

also did a little refactor for the useYARG hooks to bring back some type safety, and removed the invoke("get_os") to use the tauri-api to get the os type (the get_os func still on the rust side tho)
