Xvfb render node/glamor support

Let's see what we can do with this.
This should allow Xvfb to use accelerated opengl without needing virtualgl.
And perhaps even capture window contents directly on the GPU more easily.
(so we can hand them directly over to NVENC / vaapi)

The PR has been lingering there for over 2 years and we now have proper randr support with Xdummy: #56

Xvfb is being deprecated in favour of Xdummy with randr, so this is not something we care about.
(except on Debian: #2834 (comment))
