Recurrence of #1970.

Fixed by removing the accelerate module from the python installation directory.
Temporarily? let's get a fixed version into MSYS2 (#1883), original pull request: [https://github.com/msys2/MINGW-packages/pull/4954]

PyOpenGL looks in bad shape: no stable release in 5+ years
