For both packages it would be preferable to wait for a new release from the upstream projects so we don't need any patching.

• winkerberos still not updated since 2017, but already merged with some patches: [https://github.com/Python winkerberos msys2/MINGW-packages#4746]
• python-gssapi should be OK

The build steps for python-gssapi are based on #1691#comment:7.
Here is the pull request: [https://github.com/msys2/MINGW-packages/pull/6192]

Still TODO: add python-gssapi to the setup script. (r25224 did this for winkerberos)

The merge request has been approved, r25240 adds python-gssapi to the install setup script.
