Fourth 2023 Release - 1.035
- Fixed Strawberry not installing (if deb-get wasn't installed) ... code was working as intended but the logic so to speak was off

- Switched to non-hardcoded menu files
- Mint theme code refactoring - now including a check for sassc support
- Added LibreWolf to the Browser/Software section
Full Changelog: 1.030...1.035
Third 2023 Release - 1.030
- Added/Fixed support for PopOS
- Added VSCodium (open source vscode binaries)
- Added UnGoogled Chromium
- Added/"Fixed" missing Krita Flatpak info so that now installs correctly
Full Changelog: 1.025...1.030
Second 2023 Release - 1.025
Updates since last release
- openSUSE Leap 15.3 support removed since it hit EOL
- Third party code (esp when needing say rpmfusion or packman repos) code adjustments
- Revamp of the Mint theming code
- the old way is still there in the menu though since Mint change the way they are doing themes, I am not sure on all distros if the package maintainers are keeping up
- Added Mint Legacy and the current Mint Theme support
- Added/(?)Improved Mint Icon theme support for the current Mint icons
- Added (not offically Mint coded, but a fork of Mint themes) MintYZ themes support https://github.com/SebastJava/mint-yz-theme
- based on the older Mint-Y themes, if i understand it correctly
- Removed options related to Wine
- That code needs updating and until I get to that, I have removed the menu option to install Wine and Wine related packages .. this is ONLY a temp move, and will be restored at some point
- Fixed issues with removing snaps on Ubuntu
- I found this issue when trying my old scripts and the Firefox Snap kept reinstalling
- Removed the need for packman repos on openSUSE Leap 15.4 when installing Deadbeef Media Player since it is now in the default Leap 15.4 (and 15.5) repos
Full Changelog: 1.020...1.025
1.020
Some changes since the last release
- Improved (hopefully sort of a template way of doing it) support for downloaded from Github
- Improved OcenAudio Support
- Strawberry support updated
- AUR (Arch distros) UI/UX improvements
(all the same as 1.019 pre-release) however this release also has the fix for the AURHelper issue I was having ... that is the only reason 1.019 was marked as a pre-release
End of Jan 2023 Release - 1.019
Some changes since the last release
- Improved (hopefully sort of a template way of doing it) support for downloaded from Github
- Improved OcenAudio Support
- Strawberry support updated
- AUR (Arch distros) UI/UX improvements
Known issue:
- I have to figure out how to control the path of the code when A) no AURHelper (if an arch based distro) is set or detected... it gets to the point where the user can choose but it never returns to the part where it tries to install said software WITH that AURHelper
- For this reason i backed the version number down to 1.019 and marked this as a pre-release ... if this known issue doesn't effect you .. then you can consider this a stable release, so to speak
Mid August 2022 Release - 1.015
Some highlights of this release
- Better UI/UX output thanks to ideas in deb-get
- Added AppImageLauncher to Software section
- Improved support for Linux Mint, Linux Mint Debian Edition and Debian itself
- Codefactor and Codacy code improvement suggestions
July 2022 Release - 1.01
- PPA Menu Added
- Improvements for the way third party repos like RPMFusion, packman (OpenSUSE) and PPAs are handled
- added opi - OBS Package Installer for OpenSUSE
- Various other code cleanup and improvements
