Very slow on Xcode 7

FWIW I'm not seeing any speed issues on my 2014 Retina Macbook Pro, OS X 10.10.3, Xcode 7.0 beta (7A120f)

I am also not seeing a delay in typing.

I feel that Xcode 7 has been very slow and sluggish on this version.
I even have a 2015 Macbook Pro 13" i7 16GB ram so I know that is not what we should be worrying about. Many people have been experiencing this slowness as seen by a simple google search.

I have the same issue on my MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2010), 10.10.5 and Xcode 7.1.1

Scrolling for me is very laggy on XCode 7.1.1, lag disappears when disabling XVim.
