Describe the bug
The account name is not shown in the To field, although it is displayed in the From field.

Similarly, the Events page shows the account address even though the account name is present.

To Reproduce
txid: 2BDBC3F181567A170FF595DBB5C4313382CE18A384AF9996F956F62DD485ACEF

Expected behavior
Account name Should be shown.
