Time filter for imported bookmarks doesnt work. #77

The "visit" time for imported bookmarks is obviously stored correctly, as the screenshot indicates.
Its the time I saved the bookmark.
Here is the code location where we store the LastVisitTime of the bookmark: https://github.com/WorldBrain/Research-Engine/blob/master/src/js/import_bookmarks.js#L32

Maybe something wrong with the way the date is stored? The search works with the Epoch time.

But filtering searching, it really does not follow any obvious logic. Now it is 4:13pm.

With imported history items in comparison everything works as expected.
