Code is targeted for versions 3.10 thru 4.0, but "3.10" is interpreted as a higher version than 3.9.

Code is targeted for versions 3.10 thru 4.0, but "3.10" is interpreted as a higher version than 3.9.

I released new version that supports python 3.8 and upper. Try it now.
