Block themes should be extra promoted to encourage users to use the latest and greatest of WordPress.

Right now in the old design we agreed after lots of discussion to add a 'Block Theme' tab to be added visible without being hidden behind a filter button and highlighted instead of hidden away in a 'wall' of other, way less important filter selects.

In the new design proposal, this extra booster for block themes is gone again. Can we please improve that? I feel otherwise, although we get a fresher design, we are moving backwards a step in regard to promoting the new WordPress.
