Would it be possible to also add the readme validator?

The themes has slightly different requirements for the readme though as it does not have multiple contributors or stable tag. 🤔

Same issue provided as feedback elsewhere.

We have a format for it. New authors generally miss this.

There are also themes with empty readme.txt files being uploaded right now.
