Would it be possible to also add the readme validator?
The themes has slightly different requirements for the readme though as it does not have multiple contributors or stable tag. 🤔

We have a format for it. New authors generally miss this. Fred WordPress Theme, Copyright 2012 Joe Smith Fred is distributed under the terms of the GNU GPL License of third-party resources used on theme. Resources for Google fonts, Font Awesome Icon, JS/CSS Libraries, Images and Icons. Most of the new themes miss readme validator.https://wordpress.org/plugins/developers/readme-validator

There are also themes with empty readme.txt files being uploaded right now.
