Comment Template: Missing blockGap option

Description

There are Post Template and Comment Template blocks that are very similar.
Post Template have blockGap option to control spacing between posts but Comment Template doesn't.
As a workaround, need to set margin-bottom property in the child group to manage spacing between comment bodies.
