Missing interface-more-menu-dropdown class.

Description

The interface-more-menu-dropdown class was removed in WP 6.6. This means that code that relays on this class, like for example this util no longer work. There are also a number of plugin in the repo that seem to use this class. https://wpdirectory.net/search/01JF0ABERRVS0T6WKAQCW32QBK.

It is possible to this class back or understand why it removed.

The MoreDropdownMenuComponent was removed from the Interface package - #59096.

Usually, similar changes are okay and here's why:

• The Interface package isn't exposed globally via wp.interface. Consumers need to bundle it.
• Editor class names are not considered a public API - https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/contributors/code/backward-compatibility/#class-names-and-dom-updates.
• E2E tests shouldn't rely on implementation details like class names; instead, they use accessible labels for locating elements. Almost all new Playwrights test this.
