Description

Pullquote block is having issue when text-decoration is line-through is choosen.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Take Pullquote block.
2. Add some text
3. Choose text-ecoration line-through;
4. Now check in editor and front both side.

Actual behavior
In editor we can able to see strikethrough on both in title and ciation both but in front side ciation does not applied strikethrough.

Expected behavior

In editor and front side both the design looks same.
