DataViews: Visually hide the featured image column header

As we won't be combining title + featured image in 6.5 it would be nice to do something about the awkward empty space that is created by the lengthy column header when the featured image field is toggled on:

If we visually hide the column header the appearance is tidied up by bringing the featured image and title closer together:

I acknowledge this prohibits the inclusion of a column menu, but for the Featured image I think that's okay as the menu only has a single option anyway.

Leaving a note that we might also apply this treatment to the 'Actions' column header.

Hi folks,
We are only one week away from the Beta 1 cut-off date for WordPress 6.6. This issue hasn’t seen any movement in a while, so we (the editor triage leads of the 6.6 release) have decided to remove it from the WordPress 6.6 Editor Tasks project board.

Since this won't make 6.6, I'm going to close. #58012 would be a more comprehensive solution.
